          DECISIONS:

 

         1.            Appeal 3569 – Homeland Towers (6558-02-550918 & 6559-03-470010)

Homeland Towers, LLC, is requesting a Special Permit to locate a wireless Telecommunications Facility consisting of a 150’ tall monopole and associated equipment on a property located at 23 Dartantra Drive, Hopewell Junction, NY, (property is in the ownership of Tufaro), pursuant to Section 194-80 of the Zoning Ordinance.  The Applicant is also requesting a 40’ height variance for the proposed monopole, as well as a wetland/watercourse disturbance permit.

 

          PUBLIC HEARINGS: 

 

         2.            Appeal 3627 – Conrady (6458-03-437370)

David Conrady, 55 Clove Branch Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 25’ rearline variance for a proposed 26’x26’ shed,a 10’ rearline variance for the existing house, an 18’ rearline variance for the existing gazebo, a 16’ frontline variance for an existing awning, and a 7’ frontline variance for an existing 10’x10’ shed,  pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

        3.              Appeal 3631 – Forman (6558-01-191599)

Neil Forman, 103 Spy Glass Hill, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 6’ sideline variance for a  proposed 12’x24’ shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

         4.            Appeal 3625 – Kenna (6655-01-193719)

Joseph Kenna, 538 Hosner Mountain Road, Stormville, is requesting a 5’ rearline variance for a proposed 22’x34’ garage pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

         5.            Appeal 3630 – Luciano (6556-01-100958)

Steven Luciano, 15 Prentiss Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 2’ variance for a 6’ fence to be located in front of the rearline of the dwelling, pursuant to Section 194-99 of the Zoning Ordinance.


          6.     Appeal 3632 – Martos (6456-01-075742)

 

Pedro Martos, 40 Flower Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to allow 5 chickens to remain on his property, pursuant to Section 194-47(C) of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

          7.     Appeal 3633 – Jaikarran (6558-03-284342)

Davenand Jaikarran, 6 Spy Glass Hill Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 7’ sideline variance for a proposed patio, pursuant to Section 194-93 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

         8.       Appeal 3634 – O’Sullivan (6357-04-551403)

Mary Ellen O’Sullivan, 16 Tiger Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 4’ sideline variance for the pre-existing, non-conforming house, and  a 25’ rearline variance for a proposed deck, pursuant to Sections 194-121,194-130A(3) and 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

         9.  Appeal 3635 – Lehigh Lawns and Landscaping, Inc. (6358-01-480578)

Alan Lehigh, of Lehigh Lawns and Landscaping, Inc., is requesting a 20’ rearline variance for an existing building located at 10 Sprout Creek Court, Wappingers Falls, a 20’ rearline variance for proposed storage bins to be used for mulch, stone,etc, a 19’ frontline variance for the existing building, and a 5% lot coverage variance, pursuant to Section 194.17 of the Zoning Ordinance. Property is in the ownership of Frances Elmendorf.

 

         10.  Appeal 3636 – Beem (6358-03-441419)

Joseph and Diane Beem, 47 Clove Branch Road, Hopewell Junction, are requesting a variance to allow an existing 8’x10’ shed to remain 5’ in front of the rear line of the dwelling, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.
