DECISIONS:
1. Appeal 3471 - MetroPCS New York, LLC (6555-00-474731)
MetroPCS New York, is requesting a Special Permit to co-locate a wireless telecommunications facility on the existing 120' tall tower located on the Probst Property, 401 Woodmont Road, Hopewell Junction, pursuant to Section 194.80 of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. Appeal 3481 - MetroPCS New York, LLC (6456-02-755600)
MetroPCS New York, is requesting a Special Permit to co-locate on an existing 123' wireless communications tower on the Town of East Fishkill Highway Department property, 2484 Route 52, Hopewell Junction NY pursuant to Section 194-80 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Gary Broderson, 65 Ritter Road, Stormville NY is requesting a Special Permit for an Accessory Professional office to allow music lessons to be given in his house, pursuant to Section 194-90 of the Zoning Ordinance.
4. Appeal 3475 - Felleman (6357-04-525363)
Michael M. Felleman, 4 Fox Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 23' rearline and a 23' sideline variance for an existing 8'x12' shed and a 21' rearline and 22' sideline variance for an existing 8'x8' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.
5. Appeal 3484 - Stangel (6556-01-156648)
Chris and Christine Stangel, 11 Barrett Drive, Hopewell Junction, are requesting a 56' variance to allow an existing outdoor furnace to remain 82' from the dwelling, pursuant to Local Law 4 of 2008.
6. Appeal 3486 - Wettels (6457-02-792598)
Carl Robert Wettels, 4 Creek Bend Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 15' sideline and 25' frontline variance for a proposed 22'x28' garage, as well as a variance to allow the garage in the frontyard, and a 168 square foot variance to permit a larger than allowed accessory building pursuant to Section 194-107(C) of the Zoning Ordinance.
7. Appeal 3488 - Valenti (6456-01-046519)
Chris Valenti, 137 Binnewater Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to rebuild a pre-existing non conforming shed (built in 1950) which was built next to the dwelling, not behind it, as required by Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Arthur Huy, 30 Brown Road, Wappingers Falls, is requesting a 12' sideline variance for an existing 12'x16' shed, pursuant to Sections 194-130 and 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Steven Dalton, 89 Lake Walton Road, Wappingers Falls, is requesting a 18' sideline and 5' rearline variance for a proposed 16' x24' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Joseph and Grace Brescia, 19 Appalachian West, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 9' sideline variance for a proposed 12'x18' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

William H. Tuttle, 92 Ritter Road, Stormville, is requesting a 9' sideline and 33' rearline variance for a proposed 13'x25' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Matt and Heather Cameron, 9 Sagamor Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to allow a 6' fence to extend beyond the rear of his house pursuant to Section 194-98 of the Zoning Ordinance.

JoAnna Romano, 638 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to Section 194-126 to allow more than two years to rebuild a structure after a fire and to continue a non-conforming use (spa/salon/yoga) in a Residential Zone.

Christopher Burns, 15 Spring Meadow Lane, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to allow a swing set in front of their dwelling, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
