PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal 3524 - Ristaino (6357-04-502380)
Gary Ristaino, 9 Fox Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 23' rearline variance for an existing shed, 21' rearline variance for an existing swingset, 21' rearline variance for existing playhouse, 10' frontline variance for existing house, 8' frontline variance for an existing garage, pursuant to Section 194-107B(2) and the Schedule of Bulk Regulations.
2. Appeal 3528 - Jarvis (6456-01-100703)
Herb and Lisa Jarvis, 43 Flower Road, Hopewell Junction, are requesting a 7' sideline variance for a proposed 12'x16' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance and the Schedule of Bulk Regulations.

3. Appeal 3529 - Romano (6357-04-855373)
Joanna Romano, 638 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 40' frontline variance for an existing structure as well as an expansion of a non-conforming use to allow a structure on an undersized lot (.70/acre in an R-1 Zone) pursuant to Special Note Number 11 of the Schedule of Bulk Regulations and Section 194-130 of the Zoning Ordinance.
4. Appeal 3530 - Scanlon (6458-04-702494)
Mike Scanlon, 6 Hamilton Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 3' frontline variance for a proposed covered front porch, a 1' sideline variance for a proposed second floor deck, a 43' sideline variance for an existing garage pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance, as well as an expansion of a non-conforming use (lot size is .934/acre in an R-1 Zone).
5. Appeal 3531 - Fischer (6656-00-539160)
Kenneth A. Fischer, Jr., 94 Overhill Road, Stormville, NY, is requesting a 15' sideline variance for a proposed 24'x36' detached garage, and a variance to allow a garage larger than 750 square feet or 60% of the square footage of the footprint of the dwelling, pursuant to Section 194-107 (C) of the Zoning Ordinance.
6. Appeal 3532 - Gauzza (6555-00-334020)
Jeffrey W. Gauzza, 12 Memory Lane, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 14' sideline variance for a proposed 12'x16' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.
7. Appeal 3520 - Olson (6454-00-008840)
Todd Olson, 3 Orbit Lane, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to allow a 12'x18' shed to be placed in front of the rearline of the dwelling, pursuant to Section 194-107B(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.
