Ronald Young, 71 Dogwood Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a Special Permit to allow him to bring in fill in excess of 375 Cubic Yards (fill has already been brought in), as well as a Steep Slope Permit, pursuant to Sections 154-8 and 194-75 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Gary Broderson, 65 Ritter Road, Stormville NY 12582, is requesting a Special Permit for an Accessory Professional Office to allow music lessons to be given in his house, pursuant to Section 194-90 of the Zoning Ordinance.

4. Appeal 3471 - MetroPCS New York, LLC (6555-00-474731)
MetroPCS New York, is requesting a Special Permit to co-locate a wireless telecommunications facility on the existing 120' tall tower located on the Probst Property, 401 Woodmont Road, Hopewell Junction, pursuant to Section 194.80 of the Zoning Ordinance.
5. Appeal 3472 - Sollecito (6456-04-991030)
Christopher Sollecito is requesting a 6' frontline variance for an existing house on Lot 7 of the Knapp Subdivision on Townsend Road, in order for him to construct a garage and second floor, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
6. Appeal 3474 - Jandrew (6456-02-624634)
Carolyn Jandrew is requesting a 109' variance for a proposed 6' fence at 2425 Route 52, Hopewell Junction (property is in the ownership of Luanne DeChristopher) in order to allow a dog run for a proposed "Doggie Daycare", pursuant to Section 194-55.1F of the Zoning

JoAnna Romano, 638 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to Section 194- 126 to allow more than two years to rebuild a structure after a fire and to continue a non- conforming use (spa/salon/yoga) in a Residential Zone.
8. Appeal 3473 - Barone (6459-20-779244)
Jason Barone, 207 Sunset Drive, Wappingers Falls, is requesting a 15' rearline variance for an existing above ground pool which was installed without a permit in the Fall of 2009, pursuant to Section 194-95 of the Zoning Ordinance.
