BOND REDUCTION:

1.             Cooper Soil Mining, Cherry Lane

                Original cash bond amount of $10,000 to be reduced to $2,500 per Town Engineer's Letter.

 

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

2.             Appeal 2216 - Jackson Soil Mining (6555-00-135831)

                Verne Jackson is requesting an extension of his Soil Mining Permit for his property located on Jackson Road, pursuant to Section194-75 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

3.             Appeal 3567 - Cannizzaro (6557-01-038980)

                Frank Cannizzaro, 5 Athenian Lane, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a Special Permit to allow a Professional Office (Real Estate) in his home, pursuant to Section 194-90 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

4.             Appeal 3570 - Kane (6456-02-501806)

                Anna Lisa and James Kane, 44 Van Vlack Road, Hopewell Junction, are requesting a Special Permit for  a 600 square foot addition to a pre-existing, non-conforming 2 family home which is located  in an R-1  Zone, and a 23' sideline variance for an existing shed,   pursuant to Sections 194-123 and 194-107 of  the Zoning Ordinance.

 

5.             Appeal 3571 - Karagas (6356-03-278071)

                Laurie Karagas, 27 Fishkill Hook Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting an Interpretation of a Farm,  pursuant to Section 194-47 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

REVIEWS:

6.             Appeal 3572 - DiCiacco (6357-02-730600)

                James DiCiacco, 19 Louise Lane, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 16' sideline variance for a proposed 16'x50' attached garage, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance. 

 

7.             Appeal 3573 - Schiaffino (6354-00-995697)

                Robert Schiaffino, 50 Long Hill Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 12' sideline variance for a proposed pergola, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

     8.       Appeal 3574 - Odegaard (6555-03-050043)

                Ronald Odegaard, 4 Wonderland Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 15' sideline variance for an existing deck, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

     9.       Appeal 3576 - Lifrieri (6456-01-287781)

                Joe Lifrieri, 29 Harrigan Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 2' variance for an existing 6' fence which is located in front of the rearline of the dwelling, pursuant to Section 194-98 of the Zoning Ordinanace.

 

     10.     Appeal 3569 - Homeland Towers, LLC (6558-02-550918 & 6559-03-470010)

                Homeland Towers, LLC, is requesting a Special Permit to locate a Wireless Telecommunications Facility consisting of a 150' tall monopole and associated equipment on a property located at 23 Dartantra Drive, Hopewell Junction NY, (property is in the ownership of Tufaro), pursuant to Section 194-80 of the Zoning Ordinance.  The Applicant is also requesting a 40' height variance for the proposed monopole, as well as a wetland/watercourse disturbance permit.

 

     11.     Appeal 3375 - Wireless Edge Towers, LLC (6458-03-140290)

                Wireless Edge Towers, LLC, is requesting a Special Permit to locate a Wireless Telecommunications Facility consisting of a 110' tall  monopole and associated equipment on a property located at 722 Route 376, Hopewell Junction NY known as the Dogwood Knolls Golf Course, (property is in the ownership of Biordi), pursuant to Section 194-80 of the Zoning Ordinance.
