PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal 3564 - Bernasconi (6454-01-124739)
Paul Bernasconi, 17 Appalachian East, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 10' sideline variance for an existing 10'x12' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. Appeal 3565 - Todd (6459-04-913320)
Kara and Mike Todd, 167 Cranberry Drive, Hopewell Junction, are requesting a 15' rearline variance for a proposed 16'x16' screened porch, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Verne Jackson is requesting an extension of his Soil Mining Permit for his property located on Jackson Road, pursuant to Section194-75 of the Zoning Ordinance.
