1. Adopt new Anti-Violence in the Workplace policy and amend the Employee Manual to include the same.
- Ratify the New CSEA Contract for 2010 and 2011 (2010 -0% and 2011 – 2%)
- Adopt 2012 Town Budget – Amend Preliminary Budget (if necessary) and Adopt 2012 Budget.
- Direct Town Planner and Town Attorney to draft a new Zoning Special Permit to assist with Open Space preservation and Farmland Protection.
- Confirm appointments by Highway Superintendent of Forman in Highway Department to fill a vacancy.
- Award Engineering services contract for Wildflower sewer extension pending PSC approval and authorize preliminary site work not to exceed $20,000.
- Award various Community Center contracts.
- Award Snow Plow Bids.
