Excellence in Equity 2011 certificate from the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance – Office of Real Property Tax Services recognizing Town of East Fishkill for its efforts to provide property owners with fair and equitable assessments on the 2011 roll
Resolutions
- Appoint a member to the Conservation Advisory Board to fill a vacancy
- Appoint a Part-Time Recreation Assistants
- Authorize the waiver of permit fees for Hopewell Hose Company and the Methodist Church
- Adopt a Negative Declaration and award the Bid for the Meli Pond Drainage Project
- Authorize the Town attorney to make performance Bond claims for the following roads: Shepard’s Way, Donovan Drive and Pondview Court.
- Authorize the installation of the New Phone System in the Police Department
- Declare certain police vehicles as surplus and authorize the auction of the same.
- Authorize a Bond Reduction with respect to the Olana Subdivision as recommended by the Planning Board
- Refer Rezoning petition from Regan Development to the Town Planning Board and the Dutchess County Planning Board
