1. Appeal 2216 - Jackson Soil Mining (6555-00-135831)
Vern Jackson is requesting a Special Permit to remove approximately 600,000 cubic yards of fill from his property located at 80 Jackson Road, Hopewell Junction, pursuant to Section 194-75E(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.

Regina Tracy, 8 Jamie Lane, Stormville, is requesting a 3' sideline variance for a proposed deck, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
6. Appeal 3371 - Fleischer (6556-01-152585)
Stacy A. Fleischer, 1 Barrett Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 20' rearline variance for a proposed 12'X16' shed, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
7. Appeal 3372 - O'Brien (6657-01-233542)
Rhonda G. O'Brien, 5 Brothers Road, Stormville, is requesting a 34' frontline variance for an existing dwelling, a 2' rearline variance for a proposed deck and a 2' variance for a proposed 6' fence, pursuant to Sections 194-17 and 194-98 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Owen Donaghey, is requesting a variance to build on an undersized lot on a non-Town Road (4 Prout Lane), pursuant to Sections 194-130 and 194-30 of the Zoning Ordinance.
11. Appeal 3375 - Jackson Corners (6456-04-970080/006094)
Mid-Hudson Holdings LLC is requesting a Special Permit for the Soil Mining of 82,619 cubic yards of fill associated with a proposed 7 lot subdivision, currently before the East Fishkill Planning Board, located at 7 Townsend Road, Hopewell Junction, pursuant to Section 194-75 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Nancy Fletcher, 11 Nanuk Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 15' sideline variance for a proposed shed, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
