1. Appeal 3441 - Young (6558-01-214912)
Ronald Young, 71 Dogwood Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a Special Permit to allow him to bring in fill in excess of 375 Cubic Yards (fill has already been brought in), as well as a Steep Slope Permit, pursuant to Sections 154-8 and 194-75 of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. Appeal 3451 - Scollan (6355-00-898021)
Gregory N. Scollan, 12 Spring Meadow Lane, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 35' rearline variance for a proposed 9'x20' shed, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
3. Appeal 3456 - Salvato (6458-08-815889)
Vincent C. Salvato, 16 Morningside Drive, Wappingers Falls, is requesting a 19' frontline variance for a proposed 8'x8' deck and porch, as well as a 5' sideline variance for an existing house, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.

4. Appeal 3458 - Altman (6558-04-732450)
Fran Altman, 204 Old Sylvan Lake Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting an expansion of a non-conforming use to allow a 44.5 square foot addition to Bungalow # 11 to allow a breezeway addition between the porches of Bungalows 11 & 12, with the additional square footage to be absorbed by Bungalow #11, pursuant to Section 194-119 of the Zoning Ordinance.
5. Appeal 3460 - Boersma (6358-04-932217)
Dirk J. Boersma, 35 Wright Blvd., Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 10' sideline variance for an existing 12'x14' shed, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
6. Appeal 3461 - Wahlers (6459-20-765063)
Michael Wahlers, 214 Lakeview Road, Wappingers Falls, is requesting a 11' sideline variance for an existing structure, pursuant to Section 194-123 of the Zoning Ordinance.
7. Appeal 3462 - Prusakowski (6457-01-321510)
Robert Prusakowski, 4 Candy Lane, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 15' sideline variance for a proposed 10'x10' shed, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
8. Appeal 3463 - Kuester (6457-03-017240)
Scott R. Kuester, 44 Palen Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a Special Permit to allow an Accessory Professional Office (Mortgage Broker) in his home at the above location, as well as a 14' rearline variance for an existing 10'x10' shed, pursuant to Sections 194-90 and 194-17 respectively, of the Zoning Ordinance.

9. Appeal 3457 - Romano (6357-04-855373)
JoAnna Romano, 638 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to Section 194- 126 to allow more than two years to rebuild a structure after a fire and to continue a non- conforming use (spa/salon/yoga) in a Residential Zone.
10. Appeal 3464 - Brophy (6655-04-806416)
Charles F. Brophy, 176 White Pond Road, Stormville, is requesting a 3' sideline variance for an existing 8'x12' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107(B) of the Zoning Ordinance. The shed is also located in the side yard, not the rear yard, as required by the above section of the Ordinance.
11. Appeal 3466 - Rancier (6655-02-535949)
Terry and Debbie Rancier, 5 Heritage Court, Stormville, are requesting a 25' rearline variance for an existing 12'x24' shed and a 35' rearline variance for a second existing 11'x14' shed, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
12. Appeal 3467 - Newlan (6458-02-541510)
Robert Newlan, 22 Monaco Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 15' sideline variance for an existing 10'x12' shed, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
