DECISION:

 

              1.            Appeal 3805 – O’Gorman (6354-00-750906)

Christopher O’Gorman, 12 Tamarack Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 4’ variance for 8’ fencing in front of the rearline of his dwelling, pursuant to Section 194-98 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

2.             Appeal 3803 – Santiago (6558-04-800240)

John Santiago, 528 Beekman Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 1,930 square foot variance for a proposed 48’x60’ garage, pursuant to Section 194-107C of the Zoning Ordinance.

3.             Appeal 3806 – McKenna (6358-04-795297)

Jon McKenna, 39 Miller Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 31’ rearline variance for an existing 12’x14’’ shed, pursuant to Section 194-107B(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

4.             Appeal 3808 – Bechtold (6557-03-239195)

Tiffany Bechtold, 150 Woodcrest Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting an additional 4’ variance to the already granted 6’ variance for an addition to an existing attached garage, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

5.             Appeal 3809 – Sibblies (6556-00-183417)

Nove Winston Sibblies, 19 Brigam Lane, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a Special Permit for an in home professional office, pursuant to Section 194-90 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

6.             Appeal 3811 – Knoll (6555-00-605374)

Bryanna and Tim Knoll, 18 Sidney Place, Brooklyn, are requesting a 500 square foot variance to allow a 300 square foot house to be placed on a vacant lot in between 185 and 193 Rushmore Road, Stormville, pursuant to Sections 194-105 and 131-12 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

7.             Appeal 3812 – Cooke (6557-01-176910)

Gordon and Megan Cooke, 12 Aspen Road, Hopewell Junction, are requesting a variance to allow a 12’x16’ shed to be located in front of the rearline of their dwelling, pursuant to Section 194-107B(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.

8.             Appeal 3804 – DiPaolo (6557-04-999431)

Steven M. DiPaolo, 3757 Cranberry Lane, Shrub Oak, is requesting a 20’ frontline variance for a proposed 8,400 square foot building at 237 Route 216, Stormville, pursuant to Section 194-123 of the Zoning Ordinance. Applicant has requested an adjournment to the December meeting as he is having discussions with the DEC.

 

9.             Appeal 3810 – Glennon (6459-19-609108)

Paul Glennon, 11 West Taconic Road, Wappingers Falls, is requesting a variance to allow a swimming pool to be located in front of his house, pursuant to Section 194-95 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

10.          Appeal 3813 – Palmer (6357-02-697614)

Russell J. Palmer, 188 Lake Walton Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to allow him to park multiple vehicles used in his tree removal business on his property, pursuant to Section 194-52 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

11.          Appeal 3814 – Felleman – (6357-04-525363)

Michael Felleman, 4 Fox Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 10’ rearline variance for an existing garage addition, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

12.          Appeal 3815  – Hadden (6559-04-608070)

Theresa and Michael Hadden, 39 Pleasant Hill Road, Hopewell Junction, are requesting a 3’ sideline variance for the existing residence, an 8’ sideline variance for an existing attached garage, and an 11’ sideline variance for an existing 11’x16’ deck, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

13.          Appeal 3816 – Colella (6655-04-493119)

Joseph Colella, 247 Ressique Road, Stormville, is requesting a 26’ frontline and a 31’ frontline variance for an existing 10’x12’ shed, 2-45’ frontline variances for an existing 11’x20’ fabric garage, and a 24’ frontline variance for a pre-existing accessory residential structure, pursuant to Section 194-107(B)2 of the Zoning Ordinance (this is a corner lot, which requires 3-50’ setbacks).

 

14.          Appeal 3817 – Lombardo (6458-02-655747)

Jason Lombardo, 94 Shagbark Lane, is requesting a 40’ rearline and 15’ sideline variance for a proposed 12’x16’ shed, pursuant to Section 194-107B(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.  Property is in the ownership of the applicant’s wife, Joy Clauser.

 

15.          Appeal 3818 – Pacifico (6557-03-337205)

Dave Pacifico, 124 Woodcrest Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 34’ rearline and 8’ sideline variance for an existing 12’x24’ shed, pursuant to Section 194-107(B) of the Zoning Ordinance.
