1. Appeal 3441 - Young (6558-01-214912)

Ronald Young, 71 Dogwood Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a Special Permit to allow him to bring in fill in excess of 375 Cubic Yards (fill has already been brought in), as well as a Steep Slope Permit, pursuant to Sections 154-8 and 194-75 of the Zoning Ordinance.

2. Appeal 3469 - Broderson (6655-03-128478)

Gary Broderson, 65 Ritter Road, Stormville NY 12582, is requesting a Special Permit for an Accessory Professional Office to allow music lessons to be given in his house, pursuant to Section 194-90 of the Zoning Ordinance.

3. Appeal 3445 - Corin (6457-02-711539)

Esther D. Corin, 80 Carol Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 35' rearline variance for a deck under construction and a 5' rearline variance for an existing house, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.

4. Appeal 3471 - MetroPCS New York, LLC (6555-00-474731)

MetroPCS New York, is requesting a Special Permit to co-locate a wireless telecommunications facility on the existing 120' tall tower located on the Probst Property, 401 Woodmont Road, Hopewell Junction, pursuant to Section 194.80 of the Zoning Ordinance.

5. Appeal 3472 - Sollecito (6456-04-991030)

Christopher Sollecito is requesting a 6' frontline variance for an existing house on Lot 7 of the Knapp Subdivision on Townsend Road, in order for him to construct a garage and second floor, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.

6. Appeal 3474 - Jandrew (6456-02-624634)

Carolyn Jandrew is requesting a 109' variance for a proposed 6' fence at 2425 Route 52, Hopewell Junction (property is in the ownership of Luanne DeChristopher) in order to allow a dog run for a proposed "Doggie Daycare", pursuant to Section 194-55.1F of the Zoning

JoAnna Romano, 638 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to Section 194- 126 to allow more than two years to rebuild a structure after a fire and to continue a non- conforming use (spa/salon/yoga) in a Residential Zone.

8. Appeal 3473 - Barone (6459-20-779244)

Jason Barone, 207 Sunset Drive, Wappingers Falls, is requesting a 15' rearline variance for an existing above ground pool which was installed without a permit in the Fall of 2009, pursuant to Section 194-95 of the Zoning Ordinance.

9. Appeal 3475 - Felleman (6357-04-525363)

Michael M. Felleman, 4 Fox Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 23' rearline and a 23' sideline variance for an existing 8'x12' shed and a 21' rearline and 22' sideline variance for an existing 8'x8' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

10. Appeal 3476 - Mattock (6656-00-742144)

Marianne S. Mattock, 255 Overhill Road, Stormville, is requesting a 41' rearline variance for an existing 10'x14' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

11. Appeal 3477 - Pionzio (6459-20-805103)

Wayne and Ellen Pionzio, 234 Lakeview Road, Wappingers Falls, is requesting a 12' sideline variance for an existing 10'x16' shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Ronald Odegaard, 4 Wonderland Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to allow a shed in front of the house as well as a 15' sideline variance, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

13. Appeal 3479 - Mancini (6555-03-032082)

Keith A. Mancini, 1 Wonderland Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 15' sideline variance for a proposed shed, as well as a variance to allow the shed in front of the rearline of the dwelling, pursuant to Sections 194-17 and 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

14. Appeal 3480 - Fiumara (6457-04-588463)

Julie Fiumara, 177 Creekside Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 10' rearline variance for a proposed deck, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.
