PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1.             Appeal 3798 – Davenport (6457-01-066646)

Michael Davenport, 39 Old Farm Lane, Garrison, is requesting a 5’ rearline variance for a proposed deck extension on his house located at 22 Marcy Lane, Hopewell Junction, pursuant to Section 194-22D(4)(a) of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

2.             Appeal 3799 – Spearman (6456-01-237645)

Trevor Spearman, representing May Katz, 2293 Route 52, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 370 square foot variance for a proposed 720 square foot proposed barn where a 350 square foot structure is allowed, pursuant to Section 194-107(D) of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

3.             Appeal 3800 – Ahsan (6355-00-681583)

Aziz and Sadaf Ahsan, 20 Warren Farm Road, Hopewell Junction, are requesting a 46’ rearline and 17’ sideline variance for an existing 11’x17’ shed, pursuant to Section 194-107B(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.

 4.            Appeal 3793 – Casale (6357-03-283321)

Catherine Casale, 1 Kennedy Blvd., Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 13’ sideline variance for a12’x10 shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

 5.            Appeal 3795 –DiDomizio (6656-00-402416)

Stephen DiDomizio, 93 Chief Nimham Circle, Carmel, is requesting a use variance to allow him to park commercial vehicles to be used to remove trees on a vacant lot in an R-3 zone located at 3384 Route 52, Stormville, pursuant to the Schedule of Permitted Uses.

 

 6             Appeal  3797 – Barber (6457-02-575706)

John Barber, 148 Martin Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 13’ sideline variance for a proposed 10’x24’  shed, pursuant to Section 194-107B(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

 7.            Appeal 3801 – Torino/Conrad (6657-03-125300)

Jacqueline Torino and Athena Conrad are requesting a 78’ sideline variance for an existing 40’x 60’ barn at 118 Gold Road, Stormville, pursuant  to Section 194-74(B) of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

8.             Appeal 3802 – Conklin (6458-03-213488)

Stephen E. Conklin, 7 Larchmont Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 4’ sideline variance for an existing 8’x10’ shed which is located in front of the dwelling, pursuant to Section194-107(B)2 of the Zoning Ordinance.
