William C. Meyer, 4 Spring Meadow Lane, Hopewell Junction, is requesting 45’ rearline variance        for a proposed 11’x16’ shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance. APPLICANT HAS WITHDRAWN THE APPLICATION.

 

    2.         Appeal 3782 – Bechtold (6557-03-239195)

Tiffany Bechtold, 150 Woodcrest Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 6’ sideline variance for a proposed 28’x50’ attached garage, a 5’ frontline variance for an existing front porch, and a 1’ sideline for an existing pool deck, pursuant to Sections 194-107, 194-94 and194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Christopher Truett, 6 Loganberry Court, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 20’ frontline variance for a proposed 32’x36’ (1152 square foot) detached garage, which is less than 60% of the square footage of the footprint of the house (footprint of the house is 2000 square feet),  pursuant to Section 194-107C of the Zoning Ordinance.

John Maucieri, representing Toll Brothers is requesting a 1’ sideline variance for a proposed house on Lot #102 at 2 Marcy Lane, Hopewell Junction, pursuant to Section 194-22D(4).

 

  5.           Appeal 3796 – Mitchell (6458-02-561564)

Mark Mitchell, 30 Monaco Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 16’ sideline variance for a proposed 20’x20’ (400 square foot) detached metal garage, which is less than 60% of the square footage of the footprint of the house (footprint of the house is 1707 square feet), pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Catherine Casale, 1 Kennedy Blvd., Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 13’ sideline variance for a12’x10 shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

  7.           Appeal 3795 –DiDomizio (6656-00-402416)

Stephen DiDomizio, 93 Chief Nimham Circle, Carmel, is requesting a use variance to allow him to park commercial vehicles to be used to remove trees on a vacant lot in an R-3 zone located at 3384 Route 52, Stormville, pursuant to the Schedule of Permitted Uses.

John Barber, 148 Martin Road, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 13’ sideline variance for a proposed 10’x24’ garden shed, pursuant to Section 194-107B(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

9.             Appeal 3798 – Davenport (6457-01-066646)

Michael Davenport, 39 Old Farm Lane, Garrison, is requesting a 5’ rearline variance for a proposed deck extension on his house located at 22 Marcy Lane, Hopewell Junction, pursuant to Section 194-22D(4)(a) of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

10.          Appeal 3799 – Spearman (6456-01-237645)

Trevor Spearman, representing May Katz, 2293 Route 52, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 370 square foot variance for a proposed 720 square foot proposed barn where a 350 square foot structure is allowed, pursuant to Section 194-107(D) of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

11.          Appeal 3800 – Ahsan (6355-00-681583)

Aziz and Sadaf Ahsan, 20 Warren Farm Road, Hopewell Junction, are requesting a 46’ rearline and 17’ sideline variance for an existing 11’x17’ shed, pursuant to Section 194-107B(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.
