     1.        Appeal 3777 – Pereira (6357-02-976748)

 Jorge and Gina Pereira, 45 Tina Lane, Hopewell are requesting a variance to allow the parking of a commercial vehicle (tow truck) at their home, pursuant to Section 194-52 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

      2.       Appeal 3778 – Cappelli (6357-01-209679)

 Alfred Cappelli, Jr., representing Mary and Marc Duvivrier, is requesting a variance to build on an undersized lot (.73/acre) which was created prior to Zoning, located at 8 Ninham Avenue, Wappingers Falls, pursuant to Section 194-130 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 Joseph Kenna, 538 Hosner Mountain Road, Stormville, is requesting a 30’ rearline variance for an existing garage with a landing and stairs, an 11’ rearline variance for an existing in ground pool, a 13’ rearline variance for an existing pool patio, a 3’ rearline variance for existing pool equipment, a 19’ rearline variance for an existing swingset, a 7’ rearline variance for an existing 10’x10’ frame deck,  and a 45’ rearline variance for a proposed 34’x22’ detached garage, pursuant to Sections 194-93, 194-95 and 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

     4.        Appeal 3779 – Cappelli (6357-01-189676)

 Alfred Cappelli, Jr., representing Mary and Marc Duvivrier , is requesting a variance to build on an undersized lot (.67/acre) which was created prior to Zoning, located at 9 Ireland Avenue, Wappingers Falls, pursuant to Section 194-130 of the Zoning Ordinance. Applicant has withdrawn his application.

 

     5.        Appeal 3781 – Gaudioso (6356-04-586428)

 Gary and Marie Gaudioso, 56 McKeown Terrace, Hopewell Junction, are requesting a 15’ sideline variance for an existing patio, a 19’ sideline variance for a proposed hot tub, and a 2’ variance for a proposed 6’ fence which would be installed on the property line, a 3’ sideline variance for the existing house, and a 9’ sideline variance for the existing 12’x16’ deck,  pursuant to Sections 194-93, 194-95, 194-98 and 194-121 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

    6.         Appeal 3783 – Feeley (6459-20-875087)

 Edward Feeley, 34 Frost Road, Wappingers Falls, is requesting a variance to allow a proposed 22’x24’ carport in front of his existing house, pursuant to Section 194-07(B) of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

    7.         Appeal 3784 – Laury/Amerjide (6755-03-029112)

 Robert DeLuca of Advanced Construction, representing Daniel Laury and Lisa Amerjide of 35 Gary Williams Road,, is requesting a variance to build a new house on a lot on a non-Town road (Gary Williams Road), pursuant to Section 194-13 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 John DeCicco and Brian Stokosa are requesting a variance to allow 2 flag lots in the Proposed Amended Hunter’s Ridge Subdivision, Devon Farms Road, Stormville, pursuant to Section 194-92.1 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

     9.        Appeal 3782 – Bechtold (6557-03-239195)

 Tiffany Bechtold, 150 Woodcrest Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 19’ sideline variance for a proposed 20’x50’ attached garage, pursuant to Section 194-17 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

   10.       Appeal 3785 – Susco (6556-00-171388)

 Stephanie Susco, 29 Brigam Lane, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 5’ sideline for an existing in ground pool, a 6’ sideline variance for existing pool equipment, and an 11’ sideline variance for an existing pool patio, pursuant to Sections 194-93 and194-95 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

    11.      Appeal 3786 – Tempest (6459-04-964370)

 Douglas Tempest, 129 Cranberry Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a variance to allow 56 lineal feet of 6’ fence to be installed in front of the rearline of the house, pursuant to Section 194-98 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

    12.      Appeal 3787 – Whortlekill Rod and Gun Club (6457-01-371939)

 Thomas Colgan, President of Whortlekill Rod and Gun Club, 540 Route 376, Hopewell Junction, is requesting an expansion of a non-conforming use to replace a  12  square foot (4’x3’)  sign with a 48 square foot (8’x6’x6”) sign to be located 12’ off the pavement, pursuant to Section 194-123 and Note 11 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

   13.       Appeal 3788 – Dalton (6457-03-095113)

 Donald Dalton, 8 Stephen Drive, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 28’ rearline variance for a proposed 32’x32’ detached garage, pursuant to Section 194-107C of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

   14.       Appeal 3789 – Truett (6459-04-913191)

 Christopher Truett, 6 Loganberry Court, Hopewell Junction, is requesting a 20’ frontline variance for a proposed 32’x36’ detached garage, pursuant to Section 194-107C of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

    15.     Appeal 3790 – Stevens (6655-04-752494)

Joanne Stevens, 26 Meads Lane, Stormville, is requesting an 8’ sideline variance for an existing 10’x16’ shed, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

    16.      Appeal 3791 – Troy (6459-04-735272)

Paul Troy, 23 James Dorland Drive, Wappingers Falls, is requesting a variance to allow an existing 10’x14’ shed to remain in front of the rearline of the house, pursuant to Section 194-107 of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

    17.      Appeal 3792 – Melikian (6655-01-189841)
