RED WING LAKE IS A TOWN PARK OPEN ONLY TO TOWN RESIDENTS AND RESIDENTS OF THE BORDERING TOWNS OF BEEKMAN, FISHKILL, LAGRANGE, PAWLING, AND WAPPINGERS. PROOF OF RESIDENCY IS REQUIRED.
Applications for Summer employment are now being accepted. All applications are due by February 1, 2018. Summer positions are open to adults and youth. Positions include, but not limited to, camp counselors, directors, jr. counselors, and lifeguards. Applications can be obtained at the Recreation Office, 330 Route 376 or Lime Kiln Facility, 5 Old Lime Kiln Rd. or online below. Absolutely no exceptions to the February 1st deadline.
This 60-acre recreation area, at 392 Route 376 (corner of Route 82), includes six baseball/ softball fields, four with lights; three lighted tennis courts; six lighted basketball courts; two lighted volleyball courts; a lighted roller hockey rink; an all-purpose field for football, lacrosse, etc.; a skateboard park; concession stand; two “Water Misters” at the playground, two pavilions with picnic tables; a gazebo and picnic area, a three-quarter-mile walking/jogging trail, a lighted ice skating pond, fishing, and the East Fishkill Community Center (890 Route 82) for meetings, senior citizen activities, cards, bingo and nutrition programs.

When summer camp is in session the park opens at 3:30.
Admission is free. All participants must wear helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads. The skate park will close at the discretion of the Town when conditions are deemed unsafe. If it is raining, or the ground is wet, the park will not open. For information, call 226-8395.

Seniors meet Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10-2pm at the Community Center 890 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
East Fishkill Senior Citizens have many activities thoughout the year, including picnics, holiday parties, guest speakers, and classes in art, exercise and computers.
Seniors interested in participating may sign up at the East Fishkill Community Center meeting days from 10-2.

East Fishkill Senior Citizens have monthly bus trips to theaters, musical shows, restaurants and more! Day and overnight trips include: Casinos cruises, dinner theater, Broadway plays, guided bus tours, Radio City Music Hall, and race tracks.

Our summer camp is for boys and girls ages 6-14.The child must be six (6) and no older than fourteen (14) by June 26, 2017 to attend. The 7-week camp runs from Monday, June 26 to Thursday, August 10 - meeting from 8:30am to 2pm daily. Camp is closed Monday, July 3 and Tuesday, July 4. The fee is $350 per child. Each camper will receive a shirt. Youngsters may ( but are not required to ) attend daily.
There will be NO REFUNDS ONCE REGISTERED.

There will be a late registration fee of $25.00 per child after May 24, 2017

EAST FISHKILL is home to numerous sports leagues many of which are run independently as not-for-profits by volunteer community members. The Town of East Fishkill permits these leagues to utilize town park space for organized athletics of East Fishkill residents. The intramural program, for grades 3-8, is designed to teach the fundamentals of the game in a recreational setting.
For grades 9-12, there is an open gym to provide an opportunity for organized play in a supervised setting.
The season runs from November until the end of February.

Summer co-ed volleyball meets at the lighted courts in Hopewell. To register a team or an individual , please contact the Recreation Office (226-8395) in April and May.
The Co-Ed League is limited to 12 teams (with a minimum of 10 co-ed players per team) with six games every Tuesday and Thursday night.
Players must be 16 years or older. Games are played June through August, 7-10pm.
Winter co-ed volleyball takes place Sundays from October through April 9:00am-11:30am at Van Wyck Jr. High School.
Golf and Tennis registrations will be at the Community Center on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Background Checks are now REQUIRED for coaches participating in any sport in the Town of East Fishkill. Follow the information in the link below to register and complete the background check. The background check will be good for two years. It must be completed by new coaches before the start of any season. (example: If you were checked and approved in 2015 you are good until 2017).
